When you change your thinking, your body naturally follows

We wish to speak to you today about health and well-being, a topic that Suzanne is resonating with since recent changes in her life. When you go to a new energetic level in your thinking, or a new level of vibration as Abraham says, then your body will follow. Your body is recreated constantly and instantly as energy manifests into matter and then dances back to energy and again, as the process continues. You are constantly creating your body. Even if you hold an image of illness or disease in your mind, it is not real. That is what we really want you to consider. Anything that is not of well-being is not real. That is how miracles happen. That is how a thought can be changed in an instant and the course of history or the appearance of your body can be different. So, how to you deal with this unreality of appearances? First, realize it is unreal. Thinking what you see is real is a habit of beliefs. Second, decide that it is safe to realize what you see is unreal. When you are aware that the Truth of all that is, is Love, then you know you are safe. As you choose this belief, it becomes what you "see". When you realize you are safe, you allow yourself to experience the Love that you are inside and outside as well.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men (and women of course!) are created equal." Great words. And the equality is Love. There is only One. There is only Love. That is our message to you today and always.
